PAYMENT POLICY

Fine art quality prints of your creation can be ordered online using a credit card (via Paypal), credit
transfer (international customers) or even a cheque (for French customers only). Credit Card information
is not collected by me.
All accounts will be charged upon receipt of order. An email of confirmation will be sent to you when
payment processed.
Then I will prepare your order and sent it to you the best way possible (within 5 days).

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are registered parcels shipped via COLISSIMO EXPERT: an international express service of
LA POSTE. Transit time is J+2 for France and J+5 to J+7 for the rest of the world. An email will be sent to
you when shipment is done in order to confirm you the tracking number.
I will make every attempt to ship your order to you wherever you are in the world.
 
Prints are wrapped up in acid-free silk paper, wide rolled (diameter > 120 mm) and then inserted in
crystal clear polypropylene archival protection. The package is shipped in a high quality, shock-
resistant, reinforced cardboard container. A square shape has been chosen to avoid damages of
shocks and allows an easier gripping when pulling the item.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, simply return the undamaged goods (including
certificates of guarantee) within 10 days of receiving them for a full refund of the purchase price minus
shipping costs.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy matters a great deal to me. Any information you give me during the ordering process
will be kept in the highest confidentiality.
Neither your physical nor email addresses will ever be sold or given to another business, Card
transactions are safely encrypted (SSL) and highly protected by the international secure
service Paypal.
